Three new luxury hotel-condominiums are now under construction in the downtown financial district of Toronto.
All of these luxury projects are expected to attract the growing number of executives from Toronto's new downtown commercial Real Estate doing business in the financial district.
This new building in the financial centre of Toronto was due to the fact few new commercial buildings were erected in the last 20 years. There was a need for more modern downtown office towers and financial employees are seen as eager to live in downtown condos.
