Toronto Real Estate Toronto Home and Condo Sales,Prices July

Toronto Real Estate home resales in July were a reported 7,922 transactions, representing an increase of 23 per cent from July 2010.

The average home price was $459,122, up 10 per cent from an average resale home price of $418,675, just a year ago.

Tight resale market conditions continue to increase the average price over the year  however more MLS listings could lead to a slower rate of price growth into 2012.

I was surprised to see Toronto Condo Listings accounted for 4.528 units sold between $200,000 and $299,999 an another 4,028 units sold between $300,000 and $399,999 year to date.
