Toronto Real Estate May Sales and Average Prices

Toronto Real Estate agents released their May results for Real Estate home sales and average prices.

Toronto Realtors reported 10,046 home sales in May, 2011-up 6 per cent compared to May last year.

The lack of new listings is weighing heavily on this resale market and it is now a sellers market in Toronto.

The average resale home price was $484,520, up 9 per cent from a year ago.
