We have shown month over month statistics for everyone to see and most important to compare in any of the Toronto GTA area.

Living in the downtown area of Toronto, say in a Condominium, an owner can view all the statistics in that Central District ( C01 ) compared to a different district ( C08 ) and so on.

There are many Real Estate statistics out there from Banks, Mortgage brokers, CMHC and yes even CREA that gives an across Canada report. Several larger Realtors like Century 21 and our very own RE/MAX have several yearly Real Estate reports as well.

The best in my opinion is the Marketwatch from the Toronto Real Estate Board, that endeavors to give the general public a view of current Real Estate sales and price every month with an update in the first two weeks of every month as well.
