TORONTO – Toronto Realtors(R) released November resale home results showing 7,092 sales took place through the Toronto MLS.

This resulted in a 11 per cent increase from November 2010.

The Toronto average resale Home price was $480,421, an increase of 10 per cent from just a year ago.

New Toronto Home listings increased by 14 per cent year-over-year.
