Toronto Real Estate March Results-Average price and sales.

We now have the Toronto Real Estate March results for sales and average prices.

Toronto Realtors reported 9,262 sales through the Toronto MLS system in March 2011, representing the second best March on record.

The number of transaction were lower by 11 per cent in comparison to the same month last year.

With more competion between buyers (multiple offers?) the average Toronto resale price increased.

The average selling price for March was up 5 per cent compared to last year, and Toronto Condominums and semi-detached homes increased by 7 per cent.
