Toronto Real Estate June Results,Average Price and Sales

Toronto Real Estate agents released their June results for Home sales and average prices.

Toronto Realtors reported 10,230 Home sales through the MLS system, up 21 per cent from the same time last year. This was the third best June result on record between Jun 2007 and June 2009.

May and June Toronto Real Estate results helped end the first half in a positive way.

The average Toronto Home price for June was $476,371 almost a 9.5 per cent increase from June 2010.

The first six months showed an average Toronto Home price of $467,169 up 8 per cent from the same period in 2010.
