Toronto Home And Condo Sales,Prices October

Toronto Home and Condo sales were a reported 7,642 resales through the TorontoMLS®  in October 2011.

This resulted in an increase of 17.5 compared to the 6,504 resales in 2010. 

The average price for a Toronto Condo was $367,715 up 9 per cent year over year.

The average Toronto resale home price including Condos was $478,137 up 8 per cent.

My surprise this month was the increase in Townhouses, up 11 per cent in average price to $440,207 in the 416 area and $342,146 in the 905 area.
