Toronto Home And Condo Sales,Average Prices December

The Toronto Real Estate Board reported 4,718 transactions through the Toronto MLS(R) system for the month of December 2011.

This resulted in the second best Toronto Real Estate year. Total Toronto Home and Condo sales were 89,347 for 2011, up 4 per cent year-over-year.

The average price for Toronto Homes and Condos for December was $451,436, up 4 per cent and for the year the average price was $465,412 up 8 per cent from 2010.
