Toronto Condo developers are turning to old tricks to ensure buyers demands are met fairly.

A new Condo development, River City, in the West Don Lands neighbourhood elected to draw names in a  pre-construction lottery to determine who had first choice on floor plans.

Recently some pre-sale Condominium buying sprees turned confrontational for both purchasers and developers.

Purchasers in Vancouver formed line-ups for a chance for Condo units there and a few days earlier line-ups with National media coverage formed for the X2 Condos on Bloor street with a few disputes regarding who could buy first.
