The Toronto Real Estate Market is being lifted by the resales of these luxury Toronto homes adding to the already heated market.
Toronto home sales were up 77 per cent in February with 7,291 resales reported in the Toronto MLS.
The average resale home price was $431,509, a 19 per cent increase from the same time last year.
Again, MLS listings improved by a significant 24 per cent in February that should help buyers with more choices.
