The City of Toronto has an active Historic Society that protects older buildings with historic significance. Many of these historic Toronto Real Estate buildings will be incorporated into modern Condos like One Bedford Condos, Burano Condos and the Living Shangri-La Hotel-Condo project.

These Toronto Condos will keep a part of the historic building they will replace and make them visible in the new projects.

Now the New Toronto Historical Society will have vistas as well to consider and if these vistas like the Historic Queens Park view from University Ave. are worth fighting for.

It's true the current Four Seasons  31-storeys sticks out a little in this picture perfect view but, One Bedford on the left is now showing more of its 32-storeys as it builds towards completion.

U Condos will have a 45-storey Condo Tower and a 55-storey Condo Tower that will be visible on the right when constructed.

Queens Park will look very different as all the proposed Condo projects build in the general vicinity. It will be a big change but it seems very little can be done to stop so many new Condo projects in this area.

New Condos now make up more than 50 per cent of the Toronto Real Estate market and will continue to grow even more in the near future.
