The Competition Bureau has filed a Notice of Application with the Competition Tribunal against the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
CREA has been in negotiations with the Competition Bureau for several months to arrive at a resolution to clarify its rules and how the rules work.
The Real Estate industry in Canada is very competitive with over 98,000 members working independently offering a wide array of Real Estate services and different pricing structures.
