Most are hotel-condominium combinations that are more prevalent in other cities like New York, Chicago, even Hong Kong.
I have seen the Shangri-La in Hong Kong and it is very impressive both as a Hotel and also as a Condominium. |

| About 28 Condo towers have been built since 1992, with 4 new Condos under construction and another 32 in the planning and proposal stages. This surge in new Condominium construction is helpin to change neighbourhoods with new restaurants, services and shopping to serve the new home buyers.
