Toronto Real Estate Springs forward in the latest Februaruy statistics on resale homes and condos.

The first two weeks of March showed the local Toronto Real Estate Market recorded 20 per cent more resales showing a decline in the number of sales.

The average Toronto resale price was $365,499 compared to $385,405 a year ago.

Even the rest of Canada showed signs of life in the resale market showing resales rose 8.6 per cent from January due to lower mortgage rates and most important lower prices.

The February MLS sales statistics showed the first month-to-month increase in home resales since September 2008.
