Toronto Condos
The Toronto Real Estate Board reported combined residential sales were down 50 per cent from November 2007.
The City of Toronto was down 55 per cent in Residential sales from November 2007 and the 905 area, down 5 per cent in sales.
Prices declined 1.5 per cent in the GTA and the City of Toronto was down 10 per cent from November 2007.
Prices for Toronto Condos in the Central districts of Toronto were lower, with popular areas showing negative figures from the same period a year ago.
The average price breakdown ( no pun intended ) of Condo prices in several Toronto downtown and Central Real Estate districts were as follows:
