The Toronto Condo Market correction continues from the record prices attained in 2007. Surprisingly, some Toronto Real Estate districts do much better than others and it comes down to location, location, location.
A central location along the Subway line appears to be very strong in a weaker market. We can look at the TREB's Marketwatch for October that should be out in early November.
