North York Condos increased in price more than the average resale price for both Toronto and the GTA in August.
North York Condos in the Toronto Real Estate district of ( C14 ) increased to an average price of $302,071 compared to $276,799 for August 2007, an increase of 9 per cent.
North York Condos increased as well in the ( C15 ) district to an average price of $287.297 compared to last years price of 262,430, an increase of 9.5 per cent.
Downtown Toronto Condos ( C01 ) increased to $341,668 an increase in price of 4 per cent from August 2007.
Another downtown Toronto Real Estate district ( C08 ) saw the average Condo price to $324,679, an increase of 13 per cent from August 2007.
