Toronto and New York both have Flatiron shaped buildings, the Toronto Gooderham Flatiron built in 1892 and the Fuller Flatiron Building of New York built in 1902.
Now Toronto will now have two iconic Flatiron buildings with the newest Flatiron Condos at Dundas St. East, and Carlaw.
Consisting of a ten storey Condo comprised of 85 residential and 16 commercial units this project should blend in well with the new resurgence of Queen St East.
Occupancy is expected in November 2010.
