New Twist For Toronto Condos?

An Italian architect who has designed similar Condo towers in Dubai and Moscow is now receiving queries from Toronto Condo developers who would like to apply his new designs here.

An ideal location for just such a tower would be along the Gardiner Expressway, just West of the CNE grounds, what a landmark that would be. With waterfront and city views one could really view the heart of Toronto with all the financial and entertainment districts slowly passing by your floor to ceiling windows...where do I sign up!!

Each floor of these towers are a different shape and rotate at different speeds. The results must be spectacular.

Green wise, each floor will have a 3 foot gap to accommodate wind generators that will  allow these Condos to produces their own electricity.

Right now most of the components of these towers will be manufactured in Italy and shipped to the various Condo projects.
