Toronto Condos|June Price Increases...
Toronto Condos
If you can see the CN Tower from your Downtown Toronto Condo, there is a very good chance the average price of your resale Condo has increased from June 2007. Although June 2008 sales have declined 18 per cent to 8,600 from June 2007, certain Toronto Real Estate districts have increased in price.
The biggest Toronto Condo district ( C01) remains strong with a year to date price increase of 14 per cent to an average price of $360,010.
Condos in the ( C08 ) district increased 4 per cent in price to an average price of $322,003.
Condos in the North York Areas of ( C14, C15 ) increased 2 percent each, however ( C07 ) increased 22 per cent, showing the popularity of North York Condos.
The forecast for the Toronto Real Estate Market was to slow down from the record transactions of 2007 and it appears this market continues to show price appreciation in several districts even as sales continue to decline.
