Downtown Toronto Condominiums

In the Globe and Mail, Friday, Nov. 23 , the paper featured three out of three of the recent Downtown Condominiums and Lofts that were also featured on my prior Blogs.

November 19th, it was the Toronto Leslieville Loftsfeaturing open-concept living, along with floor to ceiling windows. This project is to be officially launched Nov 29th.

November 20th, it was Milan Condominium Toronto, located in the current parking lot of the Canadian Tire store on the east side of Yonge at Davenport.

November 22nd, it was The Aura Condo, the third and final phase of The Residences of College Park located at the corner of Yonge and Gerrard. It appears with thousands registering on its website that this project should be a great success on the downtown Condominium scene.
